We presently are in need of the following positions:
Level 1 Cpanel Technician
Level 2 Cpanel Technician
All positions listed are "pay per ticket". If you're online a lot anyway, it's a fairly easy way to make some extra cash.
Requirements:
1) Must be knowledgeable in Cpanel / WHM. (1 Year Minimum)
2) Must be FRIENDLY! I cant emphasize this enough. We treat the customer like we wish to be treated!
3) Must be well written.
4) Must be able to answer tickets quickly and effectively.
5) Must be at least 18 years of age.
6) English must be your native / first language.
7) Must provide references. (They WILL be checked for security purposes).
