PROJECT COMPLETED

OUTLINE:
I need a web developer to create a reeeeeeally basic flat file CMS.

SPEC:
Main website has 3 pages - 'home', 'services', 'contact'
Each page has a "heading" and "main content" that need to be updateable.
If text can be formatted (eg bold, italic, underline, etc) that'd be great.
Apart from basic formatting I dont want anything else - needs to be simple.
Must be basic & easy to use - no file management, no picture uploads etc
Functionality and ease of use much more important than how it looks
No database on server so info should be stored in a flat file.
Preferably done in PHP

PRICE:
Willing to pay for your time - open to suggestions

INTERESTED??? if so then please PM me, with timescale and price.
The person who delivers the best solution at the cheapest rate gets the job.
Will transfer money via PayPal once the programming is shown to do the job.

Forgive me for saying but I don't think you really need a CMS coded. Sounds like all you really need is three simple plain text HTML files.

JGiannotti: Thanks for the link - however I would prefer a bespoke solution.

Republikin: The reason i need a basic CMS is so that i can seperate the content from the design. That way enabling the clients themselves to be able to add/ammend their content without having to rely on the availability of the web designer.

Deni$: Email sent, looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for everyone's enquiries - the project was given to TheClue who has already completed the CMS and did a great job!
