Saying that you won't pay someone for yesterday's work if they violate a rule today, well, I'm pretty sure that's illegal. And it's open to a great deal of abuse. If you don't want to pay someone for their labor, just add a new rule banning some behavior of theirs. And then you don't have to pay them. How can you assure me this won't be the case?
Also, if you're going to list fluency in English as a requirement, you really need to fix these mistakes: - Do NOT break or violate any of our rules, or any of the customer’s rules while posting, or you will be immediately take off of the job.
