I have a job application form on word document. I want the form to be made online so users can fill in and submit. Then when i open the the email its like ajob application form as in the layout if possible.

Can someone design the form for me including the scripting part.

Hi,

Do you mean you want to create a e-Form and send to your customer through email so that they can fill it in and email back to you? Because of security issue, people may not feel confident about this kind of application. You may be able to collect more responses by including a link in your email so that people can reach your form on your website from the email instead
