An ASP.NET 2.0 expert web developer who would be interested in a business partnership is wanted to build an Internet portal web site. I would also be open to the option of an angel investor that would be willing to hire a web development firm.

I have a great idea and several great domain names. I’ve run one of the sites for nine years now with great success. We are now ready to bring the site to the next level with a programmer who really knows what he/she is doing.
Already created are design specifications, storyboards, and database structures. The current partners are I and a graphic artist. We just need a web developer to make it all happen.
A web development firm would charge me about 30k, which I can’t afford. I’m willing to share part of the ownership in the company to a developer who is motivated to see this through to the end. I can pay for a few expenses here and there, but I don’t have the resources to fund this project the way it really needs to be. Signing an NDA is required to learn more.
