I am a complete novice when it comes to anything to do with website design and for this reason I need to hire someone to build a forum based website, easy enough for me to operate via a control panel with some simple teaching.
I also need someone to design a banner for the website.
Cannot reveal the nature (no its not porn) of the website directly on here, as I already have the domain name purchased but I am in negotiations with someone that owns a better domain name and I will know which one I will end up using by next Saturday 17th March 2007.
Some advertising, maybe through a few banner adds, no pop-ups.
Need suggestions about hosting, reasonable cost with little downtime and I don't mind paying a license for some software.
Anyone that can help provide me with a solution, can perhaps provide help to get it started and give me some idea of the costs involved and perhaps provide me some examples of their work.
I can pay using paypal with the initial work starting end of March 2007 with up to 4 months to complete if necessary.
All PMs will be answered within 24 hours, as I said it will end up being 1 of 2 domain names depending what happens during next week, again if you PM me I will let you know which names and send you the URL of a website that has a banner similar to the one I want.
