i need a webdesigner to build many templates for my blog. i will provide you with default html files - you just modify those (insert new header graphics, change colors and fonts in css). i expect:
- a professional person (not those who do crappy designs). you do not have to be an artist- you will find graphics and build a html.
- you must be very precise! everything must look perfect. 1 pixel left or right - its not ok.
- you must be able to follow my instructions, if i say i need templates with themes: bmw, mcdonalds, sex shop, etc. you must be able to find graphics and build a template following the default layout. you must write down locations (urls) where you took graphics from / i'll talk to the owner to agree to give graphics for this project. everything must be done legally.
- i will pay you per month. i expect you to work full time on this project.
- do not contact me if you are not very very good.
- i expect to see some pages you designed.
- USD $500-$1000, depends on how you will be devoted to the project. pay via paypal, moneybookers, wire,...

if you deliver your work as i expect it, this will be a long term relationship.
