We experience way too much downtime and I can't afford a dedicated on my own. The admins would split the costs for hosting. You'll get 100% of the AdSense revenue[ or whatever ads you want to run- Clicksor, Bidvertiser, etc.] for as long as you're admin.
In the beginning, you will not be given ftp and cPanel access. I don't want to risk losing anything within the database- tables, posts, members, etc. I've had that happen to me on more than one occasion. I can't say when or if you will get access to those.
Because your AdSense will be integrated immediately, money is expected upfront. The site is experiencing too much downtime and members are leaving. I can't let this go on any longer.
Also looking for 2-3 mods.
