I don't think it is considered spamming if they are offering a job although dividing two types of posts within 2 different accounts seems like a lot for 1$ every 12 posts you way want to revise this so you get more bites..just IMO though.

What is the website? I am having problems attracting people to my site as well. Its pretty difficult started an online community.

I shouldn't give away my secrets here but the best way to start up an online community is to build an API to Yahoo Answers. Simple extract the questions and use these as new threads, then extract the answers and use these as the replies.

If you get Perl doing this for you, you will be laughing at your 1000+ thread forum after a week.

Beware guys. I just joined on some webmaster related forums and made 50 posts to get $5. Then the admin did not even reply to my PM I sent 3 times. Admin has been online for many times. I left that board long time ago won't be back.

Definitely could do this longterm. I am a poster for a major ptp company.
