I have a volunteer community forum that i run and am looking for someone to help me to upgrade my site to PHPBB 2.22 and also to prevent Spammer Bots from signing up.

You are aware that phpBB 3 is still in the beta stages and is not classed as a stable version yet? You will find that any phpBB 2 mods and skins may stop working, plus its possible that you will find bugs within the forum.
