Description:
Payment (I skipped to the good part): My friendship.... kidding you get %10 of all site revenue and additional perks as they come along. Right now we have an extra webserver that you can have access to for personal projects, storage, or whatever else you want.
Responsibilites: Keeping active in the community, promoting outside of the community. The more traffic you help generate the greater your pay. Just keep the forum moderated and point people in our direction and I'll be happy.
Required: Motivated and willing to contribute. Good reputation in this forum and others.
Preferred: Experience in forum moderation, advertising/promoting, web design and development, script design (PHP preferred but anything is a plus).
I'm also willing to jump on board with a new idea or concept so if you're staff and you have a good idea for a site or project, I'll be on board and willing to invest. I plan on building my site into a network of similar sites.
