We have an overflow project with chance of much further work if your output is good.
You will be a PHP Programmer with: - Good knowledge of PHP - would feel comfortable programming a basic CMS.
- Experience with MySQL and basic normalisation good practice.
- Experience with file upload.
- Experience with basic user signup.
- Experience with basic user authentication (3 levels) via a database/sessions.
- Understanding security: XSS, SQL Injection, upload file checks, etc.
- Understanding of writing good, reusable code using functions and OOP where appropriate. Use of frameworks acceptable and encouraged.
- Extension and modification of existing software considered (although if it's not free it'll have to come out of the budget)
- Bonus points for use of Smarty although not a requirement.
- Good English and availability over MSN/Yahoo an absolute must.
- A willingness to get the job done - it's depressing for everyone when a project drags on for weeks and weeks on end
Budget for project is $750.
We're looking to spend all of the amount, so don't try and undercut the competition - we believe in fair pay for fair work. We'll choose based on experience and quality only.
We're in a position to offer more, fairly paid work to a programmer we can get on well with.
