Real estate rental /sales
Hi I am looking to start a new rental & sales website. It should allow people and estate agents to post their property for sale or for rent. The website will will initially cater for UK & European market but should have flexibility to work with any international country. So flexibility is important. Below are the things the the website should have 1. The website should have a registration & login area where the users register and then login to maintain their property listings 2.

There are quite a few scripts out there that can do this. To know what to suggest, I need to know, do you want to charge for ads?

I agree there are loads of ready made scripts that do this but if you would like a site custom developed from scratch that matches your exact requirements then we can help. You could then include any functions that you require and make it unique.

There is a great script called Open-Realty that wiold fit your criteria. It is an open source project that has everything you described.

I agree with hostrea, Open-Realty will likely fit your needs. As ksmglobal mentioned a custom site would be nice too but it likely will end up being much more costly, especially since you can find a good programmer is more than capable of making modifications to a script to include any kind of functionality you would need.
