I searching developer for develop a news script for me.
Requirements
• Script should be in PHP and Data stored in MySQL
• Administration interface
• Own header/footer can be defined
• Support for BBCode and smilies
• attach a file to every news entry
• Entries can be put in categories, so you can provide separate news lists for separate parts of your website with one installation
• Users can post comments on news entries
• "hot news" script, which can be included into existing pages
• search entries
After I make payment I need full rights. And payments make via papal only. and the script should be user friendly. And all script settings should be in one file (ex: config.php).
