I'm looking for a programmer to make me a php avatar site.
What it needs:
- Admin backend to:
- add/remove avatars
- Create catagory/sub catagory
Optional:
- Rating/comment system
- Tell a friend
I dont need you to do any graphical work, i can do that.
Budget: Dont really have one, something like high $XX - low $XXX.
