Hi guys - I am opening a language school very soon.

The design is nearly done - I am doing it and I am happy. Now for the site there will be an online booking form for people to fill in.

I'd like to know the best way to go about doing this.

Here is an example -

Go there and near the bottom click on BOOK YOUR COURSE NOW

Something similar to that is what I need
