Hey,
I am looking for this script coded in PHP/MySQL.
The script is just a database with records that can be added, edited, viewed and searched.
The site is to list poker tournaments and the script is to manage this.
Below is details on what exactly is needed:
Sections
HomePage
Show x tournaments that are upcoming.
Show upcoming tournaments on a calendar
Add Tournaments
Simple page to add new tournaments - Show all tournament fields, click add and it adds it to the database with a PENDING status.
View Tournaments
List all upcoming tournaments in a calendar, allow user to change month shown
Search Tournaments
Allow users to search for listed tournaments, allow searches by:
Poker Room
Network
Type
Buyins
Freerolls
Start Date
Today, Tomorrow, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days, 1 week, 8-10 days, 11-14 days, 15-21 days, 22-31, extra further dates
Game
Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, 5 Card Stud, 7 Card Stud
Limit
No Limit, Pot Limit, Fixed Limit
Prize pool (For Freerolls)
All, $0, $0-$25, $26-$50, $51-$100, $101-$200, $201-$300,$301-$400,$401-500,$501-700,$701-1000,$1001-$2000,$2001-$3000,$3001-$4000,$4001-$5000,$5001-$10000,$10000+
Buyin Amount
All, $0.10-$2.50, $2.51-$5, $5-$10, $10-$25, $25-$50, $50-$75, $75-150, $150-$200, $200+
Seed (For buyins)
Just a few examples, $0-$25, 26-$50, $51-$100
Pretty much just allow users to search by all tournament fields.
Allow some or all fields to be filled in.
Tournament Notification
Add Email Address, name and show the search fields for tournaments to receive notification for. For example, a poker room, free rolls option and a minimum prize pool is selected, this is then saved to the database.
Admin
Send Tournament notifications
This will send all notifications to users for tournaments that meet any notifications set in the database coming from the Tournament Notification page.
Edit/Add/Delete Fields
Allow the 3 options for all fields, e.g. fields for the tournament search, add tournaments, notification etc.
Approve/edit/Delete Tournaments
Simple =)

Tournament Notification
Name, email address, all free roll and tournament fields set for tournaments they want notifications for
(Maybe there is an easier way to manage this)
Additional Information
Please remember search fields have to be under a category, for example the buyin amounts, prize pools, game type etc. should all be shown under their respective category and not everything just shown on a large list.
I would like to get a quotes for this, how long this will take, your portfolio which MUST include scripts you have written from SCRATCH, how you can accept payment and any other information.
I have tried to include as much information as possible for the script but feel free to ask me any questions.
I want someone that can work on a job with minimal input from me, I have too much work on right now so this is very important.
