Hi,

I am looking for a perl/cgi programmer to work along side myself and build a cms and other things to my specification.

I am looking for someone who can stick to a plan and deadline and work by the hourly rate... Im looking for close to error free or someone who would be willing to go back and fix mistakes they have made. I would prefer to contact by phone/email and msn messenger outside of business hours...
