Hello there I need people that are good with MYSQL and PHP I have a website called TechnologyForever.com I was looking for some people that are good with MYSQL with PHP if I want to convert my site to MYSQL this would be good if you have a portfolio you want to build so you can add my site to your portfolio also I need someone who is good with SEO so that I can make my site popular I am going to be 18 in October so I want to make advertising revenue off the website but for advertising using banner ads I need some one who can get my site a very high rank in Google so that we can make money off the advertising revenue after i turn 18 in October.

I would to do what youtube, myspace and many others have done and gain much traffic so that I make money off the ads like youtube, myspace and many others have done.

John you don't have to convert your site to MySQL. What you'll need is MySQL installed on your server and a hosting account that allows for database access.

Your site is on Apache and since you're running a forum it's a good bet you have MySQL installed and are currently using it.

What it sounds like you need is more someone who knows PHP/MySQL to program what you want or more understanding of both if you want to do it yourself.

As far as SEO is concerned it doesn't happen as fast as you might like. SEO is something you continue to work on always. It's not about one time fixes to help you rank better. It's really just marketing that's been tweaked for the web instead of offline channels.

What I mean is that I want to convert the scripts from php with an include to a physical file with variables and just to have it read to mysql instead.

i think he basically want it so like he could have a admin panel to edit script settings and stuff which usually you would have to do manually like in a config file or something...

I think I understand John. You're looking more for a content management solution with all or most of the text stored in a database. Is that right?

Zero is the budget I am a student who is taking college classes while in high school so I have the editors and stuff for free but they are all student editions but they work

Yes vangogh is correct except they need custom forms I have the forms already I just want to convert them so they can be used with mysql so they can read from the database.

When the site is finished I want to donate the basic source code in a generic package to the word so that it can be used as open source on many websites.

You can probably find free solutions for what you want. Your forum is going to be the forum software you have as is you blog. I'm not sure if you plan on adding more sections than what you have now, but your blog software could probably handle those two sections.

I know WordPress allows for the creation of static pages. You could probably make the blog the home page of the site and then offer static pages for the games.

Are you planning on offering more sections and if so what are they? Are you going to be selling games or will the games be free and the site will be offering demos and downloads. In either case there are probably plugins that already exist for WordPress to handle it. Or you could also find a free shopping cart to handle things.

Your site would basically be a different premade application for each section and you'd need to style them so they look alike and so the navigation for each links to the other application.

I advise you to buy a good PHP hosting and install free CMS(like Joomla, MODx, Drupal etc.) For every question there is a Gooooogle
