Hi. If your need is still HOT send me your details to bizmik@rambler.ru. probably I can solve your situation.

P.S. Navigation menu made on JS is not very good for SEO. Besides if user turn off javascript support in his browser, he'llnot be able to use your site. I recommend to use HTML(DIV+some JavaScript+images) or flash menu if you need some nice special effects. I can do all of that.
