We need a freelance web designer to build a Joomla 1.0 (current production version) template from a layered PSD (Photoshop) / PNG (Fireworks) file. There is NO creative work necessary, only the actual coding of the template. The template must satisfy the following criteria: - Must use standards compliant table-less XHTML and CSS markup
- Must be compatible with IE 7, IE 6, Firefox, and Opera 9+
- Contain necessary comments (detailed commenting a big plus)
- Ability to install the template through Joomla’s built-in installer
The template will be fixed width and centered vertically and horizontally in the web browser. The final design has not been finalized, so the layout (e.g. 3 columnar, 2 columnar) has yet to be determined. Maximum turnaround time is 2 weeks. There is the possibility for more freelance work if the template reaches our standards. Please PM me with your bids.
