I am a starting web designer, recently i have created few templates just for fun and showed them to my friends and some more people, and they said it's as good that i could be a web designer. As for programming, i am programming websites for 6+ months, i am capable for html, css and some php. My rates are starting from 30 EUR and payment via paypal. If someone will take me, and ask to make a website, and doesn't like it, he won't need to pay, so for example, you will tell me what kind of website you want, and i will start to make it, it will take until 2 days not more, then i show example of it, and if you like it, you can ask me to do some more things, if you don't like some elements, i will change them, but if you don't like my style then you can just say that you don't want it. After the whole job is completed you transfer money and i at the same time will send the whole files. If you will need also programming, then i will send whole website with all content already made.
As i am starting only web designing my rates are very low. If you need a designer, then pm me.
