I'm looking for someone to create a website for me with a built in shopping cart feature. Basically, I need to be able to sell file downloads over the internet.
Customers would select files to add the their shopping cart and after payments were made they would gain access to temporary links containing these files. They should only have access to each file 2 times (1 extra in case they screwed up the first time) and the temporary links should only remain active for a few hours.
Aside from that, I would need to be able to update the website regularly to add and remove files. The Main Page would also be updated several times a week.
I'm hoping this can be done for around $200 but I realize that this is a lot of work for that amount of money. Due to the fact that christmas is getting closer my budget is not great. But if that isn't enough money to get the skilled person I need then I will wait a couple of months and i'll try to bump up that price.
