I am creating an online community and I need some help. I basically need a quote on a complete and finished site similar to justachat.com or chat-web.com whichever would be less expensive. I can pay for the services in 4 payments (maybe less or more depending on price) I really hope someone can help me out with this. I have hosting and everything you need is available on the server. I also have the java chat for the site. That's about it. I could do some of the easier pages but I need help with forum implementation, fun stuff (games polls etc..), free e-mail for visitors and such.
