I am the project manager for a Smarty/PHP framework. We are looking for a designer that we can hire, mostly on a part time bases, for now, then it will move into full time. We have a couple sites we need work on now. It would be nice if you could design with the incorporation of Smarty tags. Also, optimized design would be required. Also, knowledge of meta tags would be great. $15 per hour.
