I'm looking to higher designers to code + design 3-7 page webdesigns + logos
for 100$ - 150$ and be able to accept payment via paypal after the designer uploads the html files on his/her site so we can see the site is finished. I've been frauded way to many times. If you can not work like that do bot post. I understand your concern for fraud and after I feel comfortable with you I will pay gradually up front.
