Hello everyone,

My site is HERE and i am using vbulletin. and i need to add a news section to it . You can check out this EXAMPLE

If you use joomla then i already have some rockettheme template and you need to edit it and if you use WP then , you need to intigrate vbulletin and WP both. My budget is $50-$60 bucks, sorry a little broke
