I need a design for my site. Just index.php and one more program page. The criteria are:

Web page should be no more than 28 KB
It should be very simple to load for less than 56K connection. (For third world countries)
It should look very professional. (Like: FileHippo.com | SnapFiles.com | webmaster-talk.com)
Try minimum Java scripts.
W3 | html validated
Should load in all browsers from IE 3+, Firefox 1.0, Opera 4+, (all os and browsers basically)

Need a logo if you can do it fine, otherwise I'll have someone else do it for me.

Please post your quotes here. Also I'm willing to put a link to your design page for a month (8000 visitors, 100K hits per day), in exchange for free design and a logo.

I am a logo designer. I could do the logo for very cheap as I am trying to build a portfolio.

Please give me some details about what you want and I could make a mock-up.
