Designer wanted: We've tossed in the towel
Simply put, no one within our company is worth calling a web designer. We can edit code (html/php/Perl/fuse/etc.), rewrite Linux kernels, support our customers to the fullest, but we couldn't design a site in a professional manner that is eye catching, even if our lives held in the balance. 
We've gone through a few designs over the last few years and our current templete just seems "out dated". We've played with it for sometime and its just no longer fitting to our current image either.
We've always kept things basic & quick loading. We'd like to keep it that way if possible. This includes avoiding flash if at all possible (but we're willing to look into it). It must be easy to edit for those of us on the go (and for 1 of us who still is using Front-page, you know who you are...).  : Our company colors have always been white, blue, green. We'd like to keep them that way and we'd like to keep our logo.
Price: We're willing to discuss price. We're also willing to offer hosting in exchange.
