I need the following work completed ...

1. A vbulletin forum uploaded and some hacks placed on this forum that I already have on an existing forum and some modifications.

2. A phpcow CMS front end uploaded and some HTML pages placed onto it.

3. A banner created.

4. SEO sorted out

5. There may also be some work needed on the VPS account that I have

There may be more work after this to maintain as well
