Just need layout (tables) and coding done!
Preferably flash, but I know how time consuming that is so,
I am willing to work with a nice, eye-catching layout involving
tables and some graphics if a simpler version can be made
that looks professional.

Here's some more things I came up w/ to help you along w/ what I'm lookin for.
I need everything set up so I can view the coding and know where I can add links, text, change graphics & add/delete pics.
The main colors of the page to be #FF0066, #000000 & #FFFFFF (redish/pink, white & black) White text, blackish background

and links, menu icons in the pinkish/red color.
Basically all I want from the above link is the background (falling stars idea) and music.
The main layout of the page is up to you, I haven't been able to find an idea from any templates that I REALLY like yet...

HOME | GALLERY | MEDIA | PORTFOLIO
I need the media to contain a music player, where people can click on a selection of :30 tracks to sample & hear.
I would like the GALLERY and PORTFOLIO to have a showing of a group of icons they can click on that zoom to show the full shot. If possible, w/ an option so people CANNOT save or copy these images elsewhere. I want them unique to the site ONLY.
I just wanna make it clear that This would be a trade project. Not paid for.
Currently I am out of a job and pretty much broke.
The only thing I would have to offer is advertising your work
on my sites & of course recommending you to additional
people/bands I know to do their websites. I would
have plenty of work lined up through additional
people and sources to make it worth doing my site
for free.
And like I had said before... I have all the graphics ready
I just need the site laid out so I am able to place the graphics
where needed and make it ready to go for viewing to the public.
Once the coding is all laid out & assembled, Its pretty easy
for me to maneuver through coding to place graphic links, text
and pictures where needed, it's just the initial assembly that I
don't know.
I would have to agree with the earlier comment relative to table or flash based websites. If you intend to achive any traffic from SE, it's best to stick with CSS and PHP functions.
