Regardless of whether you are right or not, Sulz, perhaps it is best for other designers to find out first hand? This is certainly a more mature way of facing this than throwing around accusations - especially with no evidence.

I would just like you to know that customer satisfaction and service is my number 1 priority. I have my e-mail address ( manikrathee@gmail.com ) linked to my handheld device and will answer any and all e-mails sent 24/7 – including holidays. If a client decides to go with me, I will work with them very closely to make sure that the design that is created fits exactly what they needed. And, after final payment is sent, I am still 100% available to make minor changes and help the client in any way that I can.
