We are an outsourcing house with constant volume of design jobs that may lead to long term on-going assignment. We have easily 3~5 jobs weekly that varies in size and requirements.

We are seeking a freelance web designers with the following requirements

1. Mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, Ulead Gif Animator
2. Artistic Flair with Web 2.0 Design
3. Committed on time delivery & fast turn around.
4. HTML, CSS & Tableless Layout
5. Flash skill is desired
