It depends on how long of a project it is, but I might be interested.
I've written (using perl/cgi):
membership areas
affiliate programs
shopping carts
complete ecommerce systems
safelist scripts
search scripts
protected digital download scripts
product/employee/sales management system
All of the sites I've developed since 2003 have been written in perl/cgi.
I would most assuredly charge more than someone off from a freelance website, but likely if you can imagine it, I can write it.
Feel free to play around with the shopping cart for the site in my sig. . .it's pretty geeky (to see I'm not just blowing smoke). Though I don't think the cookies are setting with Safari right now, at least they didn't on my local machine.
I have no clue what you're looking for in terms of features, but if you are willing to pay my rates (per project based on features) & the project isn't too involved (more than a couple of weeks), I'll consider it.
