I am looking to work with only 1 person on a Web master based community, creating topics for Design, Coding, SEO, Freelancing etc.

Ideally I am looking for interesting topics, not copy and pasted ones from other forums but being able to create new topics and join in with other posts to create interest and popularity within the forum on various topics.

Rate is ideally $0.10 a post for quality posts with minimum 15 words + bonus if you contribute well and creating some interesting threads that become popular.
