You need to analyse where your visitors come from and how they find your site.
If it is from a search engine, what phrase/words did they use?
do the pages they land on match what they were looking for?
This is REAL SEO not the bland watered down "get more links" rubbish espoused by many.
One problem I see immediately is the links to your video tutorials open in new windows, so adding an extra complication into the visitors navigation and there is no link back to the page where they can comment.
With this you break an important rule of usability. You are making the visitor have to think!
Your tutorials pages have NO navigation back to the site so anyone arriving there is instantly orphaned from the rest of the site.
Basically you have made it very difficult for real people to use the site, so they don't.
