Well, that depends on the topic. It's hard to ask a question like that in general terms.

For example, ChrisHirst and I are experienced in ASP. A bunch of us are experienced in CSS, SEO, PHP, Javascript, (X)HTML, and about a dozen other topics I probably haven't listed (I know a little about everything).

Yes, I realized my question was too vague so I had removed it and was going to put a more detailed one somewhere more appropriate.
