thats mad. ive never had that happen to me before (well the activation part). im using windows vista now, and never had a problem with it. i know a lot of people dont like it for some reason, but i love it. highly recommended.
Lol, i got vista (ultimate) and i havent had any problems really i was expecting way more. its easier to use looks much better. Drivers are just like WOW i would come close to saying its mac like in that respect.

I totally agree with you. the only reason i love it so much is because the graphical user interface is much like a mac, but yet it works like windows. i love the look of mac's but just dont like the way they run and cant get used to it, so when this version of windows came out which was in many ways like a mac, i just HAD to have it, and i was expecting loads of issue problems etc, but ive never had a problem!!!
Agree, i hate macs i think the look feel god even Smell horrible!
However i do agree MS has nicked a ton of stuff from macs. But hey if i was in their position and i saw something which worked and users liked i would go hey thats a good idea lets do it
