I just ordered a new system and I am interested to know what you guys are packing.

My System:

AMD Athlon X2 6000+
2 x 1GB DRR2 PC6400
320GB HD w/ 16MB cache
2 x ATI Radeon HD2400XT w/ GDDR3 (crossfire)
600W Power Supply
Liquid cooling system
and my favorite part...
2 x 20" Widescreen LCD Display w/ 5ms response.

Its not a whole lot but I plan to do some upgrading (I'm going to switch the ATI 2400s for 2600s with GDDR4) and maybe some overclocking.

Haha XD.

Not many people here will have computer that are as good as/better then that. I just need a computer that will run Photoshop, Firefox, Notepad++, and iTunes at the same time. If it can do that, then it's good enough for me :P

Intel Core2Duo @ 1.86 (Reasonable, could be faster)
2GB DDR2 533 RAM
2x 320GB SATA HDDs
nVidia 7300LE (Crappy card, best game itll play is Counter-Strike Source, read lower for something else about it).
Dual DVD Burners
$0.99 Headphones (WOOT!)

About the graphics card - I recently got a $570 card (nVidia 8800GTX Overclocked) but it wont fit in my *@#$ case, and I have no more cash to invest in this machine at this time, so I'm returning it later today... *cries*

Core 2 at 2.26 GHz
4 GB only DDR2 533 MHz (boo!)
6 500 GB drives, two are RAID 0 for the operating system and software and swap files, two are RAID 0 for database storage, the others are just plain old file storage
nVidia, but I forget which one - I don't really do graphics work or play games
Two dual-layer DVD burners
Two GigE cards - one to the outside Internet, and the other to the home network

I have nearly everything here....

An old p1 300Mhz : router + firewall + vpn
An amd XP1600+ :dev server for apache, php, mysql, dns, ducp, file server and print server. AP for my wifi lan too.
An not so old P4 3Ghz as my workstation
An celeron (I don't know what Mhz) laptop for working in the train (and lazy movie watch from the bed)
And finally an dell x50v for keeping up to date. It's a pity palm virtually don't exists anymore. Anything is better than windows mobile...
Oh, and my wife laptop (p4m 2Ghz, I believe...)

And If I go looking in my basement, I think there might by an Amiga1000, and Atari STF 512, and an old Mac+.
Maybe even my old NES and atari VCS 2600 (Yay for centipeds !)

A CNK/SLES 9 operating system
32768 GB of main memory
A PowerPC 440 700 MHz (2.8 GFlops) processor
A File I/O Communication path
The full system has 65,536 dual-processor compute nodes

I just can't figure out how to turn it on.

If I could, I'd do that on my workstation too.
Just to get ride of those vents...

I'd like to find a via C3 proc+mb, but there are really rare (in fact, totally unknown) in the shop here.
And buying on the net is not really an option. I'd have around 70$ only for shipment and taxes...

Underclocking is more common than some might think, especially with ram. I was getting memory errors under heavy load and when running memtest86+. Apparently my CPU or chipset did not like all 4 memory slots populated with double-sided RAM. Underclocking the RAM fixed my memory errors.

This is a common issue with DDR systems and 4 sticks of double-sided RAM from what I remember.
