I thought I would ask this question ( I feel that some of the people in this forum are intelligent) I am starting classes the first week in October and I was talking with one of my friends who is also in school. He told me as of last semester he order online a LEGAL (I wanted to make this clear) drug called “pramiracetam” which he told me that ever since he started to take it he felt more concentrated in his work, and just went on and on about to the point were it peaked my interest. So I did a little research and found that a lot of people shared the same results. I just wanted to see if anyone here has ever heard of it or tried it, before I spend money and order it.

I knew a guy who got a perscription drug that helped him focus on his work, but I've never seen any mailorder or over the counter stuff that works (and I usually don't trust that kind of stuff).

Get more sleep I say.

If you need drugs to be able to do something you will never be able to do anything without them. That said I'm quite parsh to a few joints after work but purely in the switch off from the day sense of it.

Caffeine has been shown to heighten your senses and alertness for up to three hours after you take it, for an average adult male. When I was in school, I used to just about eat coffee grinds by the handful before any test, and my memory worked a lot better.

Like Ibbo, I like the wacky tobaccy (although I prefer a pipe) and I know people who've used a legal form of it called salvia divinorum. They said it was great, but I've never tried the stuff because, well, coffee and mary jane have had thousands of years of human use with little detremant. Other people have already done all the testing I need to feel safe, but I don't want to play guinea pig with something I've never heard of.

You're the type of conservative that actually listens to reason, and inspires liberals to do the same. Just be careful - we all want you to stick around.

That sounds interesting but I'm thinking if we become dependent to it, we can't live like normal..

The drug you are contemplating taking is a derivative of Piracetam - a bit of info.

I have to take a ton of drugs every day just to function almost normally. I suggest you try something natural like Ginko Biloba before you go for a synthetic drug designed for the elderly. You never know what the long term effects might be.

I get the recommended amount of sleep, but I usually wake up at about 6 to get ready for classes the I get out of classes around 2 in which I have about 3 hours to do some work for clients, and from there I go to my real job as a shift manager at FedEx and get of about 10. I go home to any homework, jump in the bed to get up and do it all over again. Here of late, I have been losing focus, my energy is good up until I get off at night so that’s no problem.

I used to me acquainted with ol’ puff the magic dragon, but I had to quit in college because it really depletes my will to go to class and other important things of that nature.

Thanks John,
I don’t intend on doing anything without some solid research. I will probably end up trying something natural like DaveBob suggest.

Thanks for that. I’ll keep that in mind.

Do you take Ginkgo Biloba (when I searched it gave me this, I figured it may be the same one)?

Hahah both. I have been working at my current job for a little over 100 days. Roughly around the 50 mark I had issues waking up, and began using Ginko Biloba/Coffee, (as Im not much of a coffee guy) and since taking it, I have felt 10x better.

Yeah I have been reading up on it and it sounds interesting, I think I am going to try and go buy GNC today and see about getting some.

personally i wouldnt buy ANY drugs online. you simply dont know where they have come from, or have any certain way to actually test what is in them. if your having trouble concentrating on your work, go and see your doctor and say you have heard of a drug that makes you concentrate more, can i have it please?

at least that way you have some guarantee's that its coming from reputable sources through the health care service.

I got the Ginko and I am taking it with caffeine, I have to say that it does work, but I don’t like the some of the effects of caffeine because it make me feel a little to jittery if you know what I mean.
