Ok, I was planning on making a review site with a forum, but I'm not quite sure which program to use. Originally I was thinking about using Joomla and using phpbb2 or smf as the forum.
In ending terms though, all I want is a cms program that looks professional like a website but possibly have features like user comments. Any ideas?
