It's not necessarily about time/quantity, it's about quality! There's a guy with about 40 posts and 3 Talkupation bars! (half way to his 4th I think!)

Also it depends a lot on who you help, if you lucky to help one of the higher members here we can really boot you up alot. so with only a few times of high members with a decent amount of TP means you get higher

And often its members with 1 point, who you help and if they actually bother to give tp its one

which is still good

I'd class myself as one of those members now (the higher members). I've got a rep altering power of about 28 or something - it's not bad

Actually, the benefits are little more, if any, than I've already got now as being a Mod
