I have made a new computer show I was wondering if this looks appealing to any body. The show is called ASK JOHN can you tell me if it looks good or if you could give me some pointers to make the show successful.

Well, John, here's my 2 cents...

1. Poor sound quality.
2. Poor lighting.
3. Poor camera work.

You sound like you're mumbling. Move the mic farther away from your mouth so your voice is more distinct. Speak with a more concise voice. Write a script if you have to, but don't make it sound like you're reading from a script.

The dark lighting caused me to focus too much on the monitor reflection in your eyeglasses. Brighten the room a bit and use a backdrop. Holding the camera with your hand caused too much shake and jitter. Mount the camera in a stationary position, preferably not so close to your face.

Be more creative with your title screen. Why do you have the word "DO" capitalized? If you're going to capitalize a word, capitalize "YOU" (ie, Do YOU have a computer question?). Add your url to the bottom of the video, like you did with a couple of your other videos.

Overall, it looks too much like your other videos, which aren't good. The video is very amateurish and doesn't portray you as having any experience in computers. Tell people more about yourself and your experience. You have to make people WANT to contact you.

Well, mine is not such a technical view...
You are too monotoned and expressionless.
Liven up! Personality will make people watch anything.

i think you have a good idea there, but you need a nice backdrop behind you, either up against a white wall, or maybe even a large scenic picture. you need to improve the sound quality, and ideally buy a better webcam too. if you can sort out those few things, i think it will appeal to a few people!

It's a good concept for a show. But you might want to improve the lighting and sound. Record and review until you get comfortable doing it.
