This is great! Everybody keeps talking about aint nothing but spammers n scammers in digital pointless. I never showed up round those parts on account a that, but I signed up and it's fun! I broke the rules, repeatedly. I kept on making intelligent comments. Check out my user from any of those posts, and let's see how long it takes me to get banned, or rows and rows of those little red squares for being the most hated truth teller in the swamp.

That place is funny.
I've been lurking there for a while because I've been looking for a SN script so I can make a directory. Those people sure do love their drupal and joomla if you want to get flamed and banned start a thread dissing one of those two CMS.
BTW if anyone knows a good SN script or a clone of MyBlogLog or Blog Catalog please let me know. The feature I'm really looking for in a script is the "recent readers" list that those two sites let you display on your site.

kingdomathand, where did you get the idea that Webmaster-Talk was being sold? I've looked at the link and it's Davemo's forum, (well it's in his sig) the New Tech. I can't imagine Tim selling Webmaster-Talk - he's been here since the start way back in 2001.
Also, while I appreciate your zeal to try and spread the Word, I do feel that copy and pasting passages everywhere is beginning to get a little bit out of hand and is being counter-productive (remember, the forum is mainly about technology and the web).

The site in question is webmasters-talk.com...as in plural. That's not the same site. In fact, one of the (former?) members here owns it.
