Knowledge is collection of bits of information that people and animals obtain
from all kind of different sources: by observing surrounding world, from books,
parents, teachers etc.

Knowledge is not some tangible object but an element of gray matter that we
all carry in between our ears called intellect. If you are asking if illiterate person
can be Intelligent, then the answer is yes.

Lets just say, monkeys are illiterate but they too possess knowledge and
we all know they are very intelligent in their own monkey way.

knowledge learned from school is basically about academics which we can use as a key in the real world after school.
Knowledge also could be learn through the set of our experience through facing obstacles and struggles in life.

Knowledge is not only the collection of data or falling in obstacles it is your attachment with things from where you get knowledge.

You should know sprituality means detachment of all the things I am saying attachment with things. You know, when we get knowledge about the history where we go? We go with the all the historical things which is reserved and then we get the knowledge about that.

Elvin, it's a joke. It's something said to a person that brainstorms about the "secrets of the universe" and other off-the-wall subjects. People high on drugs like to sit around and discuss stuff like this. (not saying you are, just explaining what the term means)

Yeah, it's a bummer having to explain the punch-line of a joke. It kinda loses its humor.
But, it sometimes happens when there's a slight language barrier between people.

Knowledge is power. It doesnt have to come from a formal education. You could educate yourself in whatever way you could muster. And it doesn't even have to come from books. You don't even have to know how to read to acquire knowledge (but it would be easier if you do, and you'd have a wider scope). Cavemen were able to become knowledgeable, weren't they?

OK, how's this?

Knowledge is information that is either innate or gained that can be applied more than once. But that definition is a bit bookish for my taste.

Practical knowledge and spiritual knowledge (which I think have been sufficiently defined prior to this post) need not be considered separate. That is, if you define spiritual knowledge to be connection with everything around you, rather than detachment. To observe affects what is observed, and vice versa; to learn affects that which is learned, and vice versa. To live in connection enhances practical perception and that perception is written upon the fabric of what is.

When we get knowledge about something then we react on that. Do you know what is the means of getting knowledge? From where we can get knowledge?
