If by K.M. you mean Karl Marx, that is because all attempts at creating a communist regime got stuck at the dictatorship of the proletariat. That is because these regimes all started in countries used to some sort of dictatorship, not capitalist countries as Marx envisioned. Get this, Marx himself wanted a dictatorship and knew nothing about human nature. Or did you not read Das Kapital?

Dictatorship of the proletariat is one of the main themes of his dogma because he
believed that bonded together group of people with equal power cannot be
controlled by dictator completely ignoring the fact that masses need and
want to have a Leader.

I read Капитал

Good thing I read Cyrillic. But Marx was German. And he didn't believe the masses to be able initially to live in communal existence, so he envisioned the dictatorship of the proletariat, which were a few instructing the many in how to do it. This stage he thought would wither away. But them's has power keeps it, so to speak. By any means necessary.

Which brings us back to the original topic--the Chinese government has not only launched a new wave of cutting off contact with Western ideas (inasmuch as it can) but has started a huge wave of building, purchasing large amounts of raw materials, also primarily from Western nations. Xenophobia coupled with mobilization usually means trouble, especially with the PRC.

Isn't that what i said: "group of people with equal power"?

I don’t recall China ever being friendly with the West. Even friendship with
Russia was based mainly on selfish interest and not on Communist ideology
and after Stalin’s death China turn it *ss to the only buddy they had to claim
Communist Superiority.

I would expect nothing less from back stabbing Chinese autocracy than even
deeper and harder knife twisting that among other things directed on their
own people.

Yes. I wasn't bashing you, just clarifying...

They never have been, but they do still trade with the West.

That's a very good point. China and the USSR had very shaky relations for decades, which is partly why China was and still is in the nuclear arms race. The Chinese, throughout their history have been very xenophobic, to the point of paranoia, and this bit with the search engines is but the latest example of it. I've been wondering for months what they're up to, and I'm more than a bit worried. The PRC is not to be underestimated.
