with bad habits

So, what is your poison?

I am double expresso, 10 – 15 cups of it and 2 packs of cigarettes per day addict

High fat food. I have really cut back. Eating a lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grain bread

For caffeine I drink of a couple of cups of tea a day. No sugar added

Cold weather, whether I'm prepared for it or not.

That was 28 degrees Fahrenheit, and too windy; I had a silk shirt and a fleece jacket. Could barely feel my fingers...

As much as I love espresso, people can keep their foreign substances if I can enjoy the foreign lands.
