why do i gain weight around the back of my hips. I am under weight by a few pounds and the rest of my body looks skinny except my hips where all my fat is stored! does anyone know why i might gain it there?
could it be to do with what i am eating!
or maybe the time i eat..i eat more often at night and then sleep could that be a reason to why it is beeing stored there and no where else!

I think I'm going to go over to a health/diet forum and ask them if they know
anything about building web pages.

Probably because you are sitting down in front of the computer all day thinking of random questions to ask people on on unrelated forums

Seriously though, I don't know. It could be just a family issue, do they have a history of gaining weight there?

Erm good question probley cos of the type of food you eat and lifestyle you live, depending on the activitys you do in your day to day life your body would burn off fat from certain areas of your body better than other.

Also everybodys body is different and the exsses of fat from your diet will congregate around different areas for differnt people. Also in hearing you say your skinny except your hips I would probley say its nothing and your simpley thinking its fatty when it aint which is what most people do they target a part of there body they think it is not how it should be when nothing is wrong.

Ether start eating more heathy and at the right times of day with good exersise or dont worry about what lumps and bumps you have, you carnt eat unhealth and expect to have a toned and slim body all over.

Thats my veiw on it anyway. But I am sure if you went to a heath and diet forum they would be able to give you some better advise than a load of people who are into computers and dont really care about that kinda thing.

Different people have different characteristics. I've tried losing weight and I lost it from a number of places, primarily my upper body and some from my legs, but my stomach refuses to budge - I ended up looking stupidly thin (well not myself) and yet I still have some fat there. It's just genetics in my opinion - certainly in part. I'd discuss it over with experts though - doctors, dieticians, that sort of thing.

My response wasn't directed at one person or commenting directly on this thread. But I have seen a few posts lately about why are people posting non-webmaster threads in General Discussions. But, if anyone looked directly at the forum, that's 99.9% of the threads in that forum because that is what it's there for.

No argument there. That doesn't bother me. I participate in them, too.

However, in this case, I would be very surprised if this person actually replied.
From my little "investigation", this person never replies to any of his/her posts.

I'm afraid this is just another case of hit-and-run sig link-spamming (or what-
ever it's called). This person is semi-smart enough to post in a section that
would be considered "safe" and less likely to be deleted.

Are spammers more out-of-shape than the average internet user?
You'd think they'd be able to get a real job if they weren't.
Maybe hip-fat is an indication of spamminess (is that a word?).

No doubts they have lots of time to spare and using it to come up
with some evil ways to outsmart Internet Community

But, they aren't smart and if you look for signs, you can spot spam
