I don't check my email everyday. when i first on line , i often open my QQ that is a software as MSN.It is very hot in our china.

#2 would be check Microsoft Communicator to see who from work is online.

at work: start up outlook and go my "channel" on the site to make sure its working fine.

at home: hotmail/outlook and then my feedreader..
