Hi Chris
If we did not try to push the limits we would all still be in the womb!
With regards to "my site for review" I was not trying to spam, my questions were valid and what I asked I really wanted to know. There are many websites that start of about one affiliate advertiser and grow to a lot more.
I apologize as I obviously mis read your rules

and there are thousands of people who have bought into this latest turnkey "Paid per visitor", "Pay per Play ads" MLM dross, following whatever source it is that tells them all about dropping links in every forum they can find or is on the list somebody must provide.
The only people who are going to make money on these schemes already have!
We must get 2 or 3 of these a week at currently. not surprisingly DP is full of them.
BTW I'll move this thread hijack later.
If anyone is wondering what this is about, http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&r...22&btnG=Search

Messing with a person's speakers is a good way to ensure they don't come back. I have an album playing in the background that I don't want interrupted.

I apologize again, I thought I was using the forum constructively, I am happy to take money from Adsense advertisers and from the "Big Boy" advertisers who we have on board already. If you want to get away from advertising it may be a little hard just look up! Although it is fun to play on some posts like " True or False" it hurts no one to INFORM them of money literally slipping through their fingers especially if they have ads on their sites at present. The few that have to listen to music through their computer because their cd player was repossessed ( or whatever), is of no concern to PPP as a 20% speakers off has been factored in.
To all those " The glass is half empty" to me it is just another glass that will need washed.

To "use the forum constructively", as in I want people to see my link, the way to do it is write posts that don't reference said link. Keep them on-topic by helping people or just have fun in General Discussions. But by all means read the rules. Meaning the rules state:
Quote:
- Signature Use
The signature is your personal space to use for favorite quotes, links, web sites, etc.- Lines
The maximum number of lines is 3 with a maximum text size of 2. The line count includes empty lines for spacing.
- Images & Scripts
Images and/or scripts are not allowed in signatures.
- Text
The text in your signature must abide by all rules and be non-offensive to the other members. You may post links to your site(s) or favorite site(s). Affiliate links and referral links are allowed only in signatures.

I hear you but I am not feeling you. I do help every day of my life ask my wife. I do not seem to have a signature? Maybe I should look for it again and fix it if it is not correct. Non-offensive, would that not be subjective? I see many signatures that are offensive to me but then again I believe in freedom of expression. With the internet flooded with tons of totally, (illegal in most countries) garbage one has to learn to be true to oneself. Personal integrity keeps most people safe. And what makes you think I am an affiliate? A tracking number? Hmmm.

Or the 'few' who enjoy music, whether it's being played by a computer or a live band, and simply won't tolerate it being interrupted...
You can do anything you'd like on your own site, but giving people a reason to hit the back button and not return probably doesn't help your goal of getting paid. Making disparaging comments about giant groups of peoples' financial situations is a good way to convince others not to visit in the first place. Words to the wise...

I emphatically did not. I would not. Seriously members are signing up around 2 a second and almost no one knows about this. My comment you refer to was off the cuff and I was trying to express, though badly, that having an ad play for 5 seconds on one of my information sites annoys some but the information brings them back over and over. The annoyance factor would be no different than listening to music while on the computer. I am sure the DEALS the advertisers will be offering will be worth the 5 seconds out of your life.
Please refrain from assuming what the type of comments I am making are. If unsure please ask me.

I hate to beat a dead horse ... but if you're out pushing a product, making statements that are so prone to being 'misinterpreted,' like this one - "The few that have to listen to music through their computer because their cd player was repossessed ( or whatever), is of no concern" - probably isn't very helpful to your cause.
You're probably already aware of this ... but people can choose not to like something even if other people are telling them they like it. Sorry: most people aren't looking for life-changing information in commercials.

And ProActiv cream won't give me a smiling, radiating personality and cause everyone to become happy around me?!?!?!
And these products won't change my social behavior and make me feel like a better person for the rest of my life?!?!?!

I did not say every second. lol.
"Sorry: most people aren't looking for life-changing information in commercials" You took a poll huh? I find it otherwise. This is a big world and as we write mothers, fathers and many, many people who own computers are continually searching for some way to help with extra finance. Look at all the Adsense ads on sites. Check the keyword" I want more money" here http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=e...e+Search&meta=
29,000,000 relevant pages or just " Work at home" here http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=e...G=Search&meta=
231,000,000 pages. I would say helping people make some extra cash is never going to be an issue and while posting here my sign ups are rocketing. thanks to all and I know you will be happy.

Oh come on
We won't Index your site in our directory if you pay us for listing.
You just another snake oil salesman who thinks that world belongs
to people who manage to screw up unsuspecting Joe Public.
Until you understand that making money and earn them is not the same
same, you always will be just another little man with big mouth

Logical fallacies really tick me off.
Pushing limits and being aggressive has nothing to do with human birth. You left the womb because your mother went into labor, not because you had a moral compass that allowed you to spam the world.
This assumption being central to the argument you're trying to make, you've put yourself into an untenable position.

We're all new at understanding the true nature of life and human interaction. Some of us are more willing than others to admit to that.
You haven't answered my valid point, though. Making fun of my user name doesn't change the fact that you've based your entire argument on a logical fallacy.

If you're going to present something as a fact in a public forum when it's not true, be prepared to answer questions about it. Which, clearly, you are unwilling or unable to do.
Back to the point, you're justifying anti-social, spam-like ( if not outright spam) behavior on the premise that " If we did not try to push the limits we would all still be in the womb!" This is an outright falsehood. The overly aggressive behavior that people very clearly find unacceptable, and are kindly warning you of, is not justified by this untrue belief about the mechanics of childbirth.
While it's possible to imagine an ad hominem attack that's not fallacious, you haven't offered one. It's again a logical fallacy to point to the possibility of B being true when you're called on misrepresenting A.

Learning Newbie, I seem to have got off on the wrong foot with you ( as I humble before your presence), this was not my intention.
You state:
"We're all new at understanding the true nature of life and human interaction. Some of us are more willing than others to admit to that."
This is a subjective statement and due to lack of greater available knowledge you should not tar us all with the same newness.
"argument on a logical fallacy" wrong I am not arguing.
Let me put this as succinct as I can.
I know therefore I am. If we posses a body, as we do, and it is only a tool for us to use while we are in it then obviously being more than a body we probably are the ones responsible for bringing bodies into being. ( No I do not have a God complex, he has better things to do than play with bodies I am sure). Therefore, logically we would know what an embryo would have to go through to be born at which time we could then posses it and run it for a lifetime, so on and so on.
Finally this proves my "statement" " pushing limits is like....."
Funny how assumptions rule many of our lives. I was taught by my father that I had 2 eyes and two ears and only one mouth so looking and listening
should be twice that of speaking or in this case typing.
Love and good will to all

If talking about grammar is the best you can do then I can assure you that I heard verbal pukes worse than the one you are throwing all over this place.
It would surprise me more to hear something intelligent coming out of you mouth, something that make sense. Try to put some substance in what you are saying and not just move your lips
I know even you got surprised; how come they let you stick around for so long? If you use your gray matter (that is of course if your gray matter is really gray), you’ll know the answer.
Oh, don’t tell me you can’t figure it out.
Ok, I’ll give a hint.
Every Courtyard has a little man usually with hump on his back and forehead and every circus has a guy dressed in funny clothing and paint on his face and we have you.
Stick around and keep us amused

There once was a guy called fastreplies
Who saw life through a dogs eyes
His head hurt so much
I fear he is touched
With the thoughts in his mind
It was all he could do to not be unkind
I read and I laugh
Should I write or just pass?
Then an invite is offered me
A clown I must be
Clowns get paid right?
